Adult Social Group
These neurodivergent‑led social groups create a welcoming, affirming space for independent autistic adults, prioritizing peer connection, choice, and autonomy. Activities are participant‑driven and adaptable to diverse communication styles and comfort levels.

Groups meet weekly or in our regional centres, out in community settings or virtually, offering flexible opportunities to socialize, attend group‑chosen outings, or participate in online meet‑ups.

Femme Folk Social Group
Femme Folk is an inclusive, gender‑affirming space for neurodivergent individuals who identify as female and/or gender diverse. The group prioritizes safety, respect, and belonging, with peer‑led activities that honor lived experience and diverse identities.
The adult (18+) group meets twice a month to socialize, share experiences, participate in group activities, and exchange resources in a community‑based setting guided by participant interests. Peer leadership supports confidence, mutual support, and community‑building, allowing the group to evolve based on members’ needs.

2SLGBTQIA+ Neurodivergent Social/Peer Support Group
This adult (18+) group offers a safe, affirming space for individuals who identify as both neurodivergent and part of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community. Inclusive practices center lived experience, identity, and mutual respect.
The group meets twice a month as a social and peer‑support forum, providing opportunities for connection, discussion, and resource‑sharing in a welcoming, community‑based environment. Participants build supportive networks, confidence, and self‑advocacy through shared experiences and peer connection.

Teen Sip & Social
Teen Sip & Social provides a welcoming, low‑pressure space for autistic teens of all genders and abilities. The relaxed café‑style setting supports comfort, sensory awareness, and inclusive peer interaction.

The group meets weekly in a local community centre and combines structured social support with informal conversation, optional activities like crafts, over non‑alcoholic beverages and snacks. Participants build social confidence, communication skills, and peer connections through regular engagement and shared experiences.

Registration: opens two weeks prior to program start date for Fall, Winter & Spring quarters only. During the summer program is paused.

Family Support Groups
Family Support Groups are inclusive and welcoming to parents and caregivers of autistic individuals, creating a safe space to share experiences, access resources, and build meaningful connections across families.

These groups are run by parents and caregivers within the community. Schedules and dates are determined by the group facilitators. ASNL Navigators assist through consultation, coordination, and access to appropriate meeting spaces.
